Is there a guide during the tour?

No! An itinerary is provided to you via our app, and you enjoy the experience at your own pace.

How to book

To book an Emile experience, visit this page once you have received your order and payment confirmation. We will then confirm your reservation.

How far in advance should I book?

You have access to an online calendar on the Emile website. It lets you see available dates and times to enjoy the experience. Reservations can be made up to 48 hours before the start time.

I can’t log in to the app, what should I do?

Contact us by email (hello@emile.brussels) and we will send you your itinerary along with your codes for drinks and snacks.

When are the Emile tours scheduled?

There are different types of tours available during the day or in the evening. Click on the tour of your choice to learn more about the details.

Where do the tours start and end?

They will be indicated in the confirmation email you receive after booking your tour.

Are the routes accessible to people in wheelchairs or with limited mobility?

Our routes take place outdoors and make use of urban infrastructure. In total, you will walk approximately 2 to 4 km. There are cobblestones and stairs along the routes, but we can help you find solutions—please don’t hesitate to contact us.

What happens in bad weather?

Take a look at the weather forecast before you leave to dress accordingly. In Belgium, a little rain won’t stop us!

How can I pay?

Payment is made when booking on our website. It is not possible to pay at the start of the tour.

I bought tickets, but something has come up and I can’t attend.

Except in case of cancellation or rescheduling of your tour by us, refunds are not possible as we want to avoid direct losses for our partners. Thank you for your understanding. However, you can find a replacement or resell your tickets and provide us with a contact person who will attend in your place.

Which establishments participate in the Emile route?

Surprise! It’s our team’s carefully curated selection of 1000 Brussels spots that brings all the magic to our routes.

We have more people than expected, what should we do?

Great! Please book a spot for the additional person(s) through the online reservation system. Contact us to group the orders so you can use just one phone during your parcours.

Get in touch with our team, and we will find a solution tailored to your needs.

I would like to offer a gift card.

Offer a gift card and let the lucky recipient choose the itinerary and date that suit them best! To do this, simply go to the homepage emile.brussels and navigate to the "Gift Card" section.

The gift card will be sent to your email address as a PDF immediately after purchase. All you have to do is print it or forward it by email.
